Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 100ml any nut milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Blitz the oats in a food processor for a few seconds just so they are a little finer in texture.
Add the can of chickpeas and nut milk and blend until smooth.
Add the banana, maple syrup, salt and a third of the chocolate chips.
Empty the mixture into a bowl and stir in the remaining chocolate chips.
Dig in.
