Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 100ml any nut milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blitz the oats in a food processor for a few seconds just so they are a little finer in texture.

  2. Add the can of chickpeas and nut milk and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the banana, maple syrup, salt and a third of the chocolate chips.

  4. Empty the mixture into a bowl and stir in the remaining chocolate chips.

  5. Dig in.
