Vegan Purple Nice Cream with Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp oat milk
Cookie components
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 pieces vegan chocolate
Preparation
Mix in a high speed blender.
Cookie making
Blend together the oat flour, peanut butter and maple syrup.
Chop the chocolate in pieces and blend with the dough.
Shape into small balls.
