Colorful Macro Balanced Tofu Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 medium carrot
- toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 block firm tofu
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Prepare the simple sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together to combine.
Cube the firm tofu and cook it in a dry pan, seasoning with aminos and garlic powder.
In a bowl, add the mixed greens, carrot, and toasted sesame seeds.
