Sweet Chili Tempeh
Ingredients
- 1 cup veggie broth or water with 1/2 a bouillon cube)
- 1 block tempeh, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Preparation
In a pan add all ingredients except tempeh and bring to a simmer
Cover with lid and allow to cook for about 5 minutes
Remove lid and allow liquid to absorb into the tempeh and cook off
Once liquid is absorbed, allow tempeh to lightly brown before removing from pan
Enjoy with noodles or any other sides you prefer
