5-Minute Overnight Oats Breakfast Prep
Ingredients
- 75 grams of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 240 milliliters of milk or plant-based drink
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
Optional additions
- cacao powder or matcha powder (to taste)
- fruits (for topping)
- nut cream or nut butter (for topping)
- granola (for crunch, store-bought or homemade)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in each jar, adding cacao powder or matcha if desired for flavor variation
Refrigerate the jars overnight
In the morning, add fruits, nut cream, and granola to make it crunchy and flavorful
Tips
This preparation allows for a quick breakfast ready in advance for up to 5 days
