Three-Day Breakfast Meal Prep

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tsp Blue Spirulina @unicornsuperfoods
  • 1 tsp Immunity Blend @unicornsuperfoods
  • 1 tsp Pink Pitaya Blend @unicornsuperfoods

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia seeds and milk together in an airtight container and leave overnight.

  2. In the morning, add 3 tablespoons of honey to the mixture and mix well. Set aside.

  3. In three small, separate bowls, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. In one bowl add 1 teaspoon of Blue Spirulina. In the second bowl add 1 teaspoon of Pink Pitaya and in the last bowl add 1 teaspoon of Immunity Blend. Mix well until combined.

  4. Layer everything together by adding the chia mixture, then the yogurt mixture, granola, and finally your fruits of choice to each container. Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days and enjoy.
