Crispy and Cheesy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- Potato spice mix (salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)
- 1 teaspoon smoked pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine 2-3 tablespoons of oil, potato spice mix (made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, and chili), 1 teaspoon of smoked pepper powder, and 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and mix well to coat them evenly.
Place the coated potato wedges onto baking sheets.
Bake for about 35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serving suggestions
Serve with mashed avocado and tomato ketchup.
