Crispy and Cheesy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • About 6 potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons potato spice mix (made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.

  3. In a large bowl combine 2-3 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons spices, 1 teaspoon red pepper powder and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

  4. Add the potatoes and mix well.

  5. Bake for about 35 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
