Crispy and Cheesy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- About 6 potatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons potato spice mix (made of salt, cumin, pepper, paprika, garlic, chili)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl combine 2-3 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons spices, 1 teaspoon red pepper powder and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
Add the potatoes and mix well.
Bake for about 35 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
