Crispy Oven-Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 heaping teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Wash and tear the kale into pieces, then pat it dry.

  3. Drizzle the kale with nutritional yeast, salt, and olive oil.

  4. Arrange the kale on a baking tray so the pieces do not touch.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the kale and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

  6. Allow the kale chips to cool before serving.
