Crispy Smashed Hoisin Potatoes
Ingredients
- 10-15 baby potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 red chili
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Boil baby potatoes in water until cooked, then drain and let cool
Smash the potatoes and fry in vegetable oil until the skin is crispy; alternatively, bake until crispy
Heat sesame oil in a pan and add ginger, spring onions, and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then add soy sauce, chili, and sriracha
Add the smashed potatoes and stir in hoisin sauce. Mix well to combine
