Easy No-Bake Coconut Date Bites
Ingredients
- 12-15 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
- pinch of salt

Coating
- collagen powder
- coconut flakes (finely shredded)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Pinch the mixture to check if it is sticky, and if needed, add more dates.
Form the mixture into balls.
Roll the balls in coconut powder or collagen powder.
