Easy No-Bake Coconut Date Bites

Ingredients

  • 12-15 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • pinch of salt

Optional

  • collagen

Coating

  • collagen powder
  • coconut flakes (finely shredded)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped.

  2. Pinch the mixture to check if it is sticky, and if needed, add more dates.

  3. Form the mixture into balls.

  4. Roll the balls in coconut powder or collagen powder.

  1. These make a perfect healthy bite of sweetness after a meal or for a snack, and are popular during Ramadan.
