Healthy Avocado Toast Breakfast with Toppings
Ingredients
- Ezekiel flax toast
- Avocado
- Egg
- Mushrooms
- Strawberries
Preparation
Toast the Ezekiel flax bread until golden brown.
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan until tender.
Mash the avocado and spread it on one slice of toast.
For the second slice, add mashed avocado and top with a cooked egg (fry or poach as preferred).
Serve with sautéed mushrooms and fresh strawberries on the side.
