Laura’s Frying Pan Flatbread
Ingredients
- ?100g self raising flour (I use gluten free)
- ? 100g plain yoghurt (I use soya)
- Optional - 1 tsp salt
- Optional - brush with butter
Preparation
Put the flour and yoghurt into a bowl (and a teaspoon of salt if you are going to have these as a savoury snack)
Mix with a spoon and then when it clumps together use your hands to make a dough ball
Cut it into two and flatten out on a flour dusted surface
Pop the flattened dough patties into a hot dry frying pan and flatten down further with a spatula
Toss when they become golden and serve (optional extra - brush with butter)
