Laura’s Frying Pan Flatbread

Ingredients

  • ?100g self raising flour (I use gluten free)
  • ? 100g plain yoghurt (I use soya)
  • Optional - 1 tsp salt
  • Optional - brush with butter

Preparation

  1. Put the flour and yoghurt into a bowl (and a teaspoon of salt if you are going to have these as a savoury snack)

  2. Mix with a spoon and then when it clumps together use your hands to make a dough ball

  3. Cut it into two and flatten out on a flour dusted surface

  4. Pop the flattened dough patties into a hot dry frying pan and flatten down further with a spatula

  5. Toss when they become golden and serve (optional extra - brush with butter)
