Protein Packed Crunchy Pistachio Bars
Ingredients
- 140g salted pistachios
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cardamom pods, powdered (optional)
Chocolate coating
- 89g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, honey or maple syrup, and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.
Press the pistachio mixture firmly into a silicone mold.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the mold before de-molding.
Once cooled, melt your favorite dark chocolate and dip the bars. Let the chocolate set, then enjoy!
Tips
Do not use an aluminum mold.
