Protein Packed Crunchy Pistachio Bars

Ingredients

  • 140g salted pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cardamom pods, powdered (optional)

Chocolate coating

  • 89g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, honey or maple syrup, and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.

  3. Press the pistachio mixture firmly into a silicone mold.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the mold before de-molding.

  6. Once cooled, melt your favorite dark chocolate and dip the bars. Let the chocolate set, then enjoy!

Tips

  1. Do not use an aluminum mold.
