The Ultimate Vegan Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices seeded sourdough
- 3 tbsp kimchi
- 2 tbsp homemade pesto
- 50g vegan Pizza Cheese
- pinch salt
Preparation
Use a toastie grill, skillet, frying pan with a little oil, or oven grill to cook the sandwich.
Add the slices of sourdough to the grill and toast on the inside first.
Once toasted, load one slice with kimchi, followed by the slices of vegan cheese.
Layer the other slice with homemade pesto and place it on top; add a pinch of salt and pepper if optional.
Place the loaded sandwich into the toastie grill, pan, or under the oven grill to toast the outside and melt the cheese.
Enjoy the sandwich.
