Vegan Pumpkin Protein Bars with Chocolate Coating
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew/coconut/tahini butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup Pumpkin Spice protein powder @310nutrition
- 1/4 cup pure date puree or maple syrup
- 1 tsp turmeric* or 1 scoop @310Nutrition Golden Milk
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon*
- Pinch of pink sea salt
- 1/2 cup (4oz) melted chocolate, for coating
Preparation
Mix everything together, except the chocolate, to form a dough.
Pour the dough into a dish lined with parchment paper.
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the dough.
Chill the mixture to set the bars.
Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
