Decadent Chocolate Seed Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted dates
  • 200 g roasted/raw sunflower seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot water
  • 20 g cacao powder
  • Blended seeds for rolling

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates for 10 minutes in hot water.

  2. While the dates are soaking, blend the sunflower seeds until they reach a flour-like consistency. Set aside a portion for rolling.

  3. Drain the soaked dates and puree them in a food processor.

  4. Add the chopped sunflower seeds, cacao powder, and hot water to the food processor with the dates. Blend until the mixture is well combined.

  5. Roll the mixture into balls. Use a kitchen scale to measure out 20 g portions if desired.

  6. Roll each ball in the blended sunflower seeds, coating them evenly.

  7. Place the coated balls on a plate lined with baking paper and refrigerate for about 1 hour until they firm up.

  8. Once chilled, the chocolate seed bliss balls are ready to enjoy!
