Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls Snack

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak almonds overnight or for a few hours.

  2. Add soaked almonds to a food processor and pulse into a meal.

  3. Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter to the mixture.

  4. Blend everything until combined into a moist dough-like mixture.

  5. If the mixture is too wet, add more cacao powder; if too dry, add some water.

  6. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.

  7. Form the dough into balls.

  8. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to finish.
