Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls Snack
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soaked almonds
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 15g chia seeds
Preparation
Soak almonds overnight or for a few hours.
Add soaked almonds to a food processor and pulse into a meal.
Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter to the mixture.
Blend everything until combined into a moist dough-like mixture.
If the mixture is too wet, add more cacao powder; if too dry, add some water.
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
Form the dough into balls.
Roll the balls in extra cacao powder to finish.
