Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls Treat

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak almonds overnight or for a few hours.

  2. Add soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse into a meal.

  3. Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter, then blend everything to combine into a moist, dough-like mixture. If too wet, add more cacao powder; if too dry, add water.

  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

  5. Carefully form the dough into balls.

  6. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder.
