Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls Treat
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soaked almonds
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 15g chia seeds
Preparation
Soak almonds overnight or for a few hours.
Add soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse into a meal.
Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter, then blend everything to combine into a moist, dough-like mixture. If too wet, add more cacao powder; if too dry, add water.
Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
Carefully form the dough into balls.
Roll the balls in extra cacao powder.
