Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 tbs chia seeds
  • 3 cups coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs maple syrup

Toppings

  • sliced bananas (firm)
  • vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Place 1.5 cups of coconut yogurt into 2 bowls. Then mix the cocoa powder into one of them.

  2. Once mixed, add 3 tbs of chia seeds into each bowl and mix. Then let it set in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.

  3. Then assemble each cup by layering peanut butter, and chia pudding and top with sliced banana and shaved dark chocolate.

  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and then enjoy.
