Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Cups
Ingredients
- 6 tbs chia seeds
- 3 cups coconut yogurt
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbs maple syrup
Toppings
- sliced bananas (firm)
- vegan chocolate
Preparation
Place 1.5 cups of coconut yogurt into 2 bowls. Then mix the cocoa powder into one of them.
Once mixed, add 3 tbs of chia seeds into each bowl and mix. Then let it set in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Then assemble each cup by layering peanut butter, and chia pudding and top with sliced banana and shaved dark chocolate.
Drizzle with maple syrup and then enjoy.
