Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates (medjool fits best)
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder (plus more for rolling)
  • 15g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add overnight (or for a few hours) soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse into a meal.

  2. Then add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter. Blend everything to combine. The result should be a moist, dough-like mixture. If too wet, add a bit more cacao powder or if too dry add some water.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  4. Next, carefully form the dough into balls.

  5. Roll the balls in extra cacao powder.
