Easy Vegan Brownie Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soaked almonds
- 1/2 cup pitted dates (medjool fits best)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder (plus more for rolling)
- 15g chia seeds
Preparation
Add overnight (or for a few hours) soaked almonds to the food processor and pulse into a meal.
Then add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and peanut butter. Blend everything to combine. The result should be a moist, dough-like mixture. If too wet, add a bit more cacao powder or if too dry add some water.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Next, carefully form the dough into balls.
Roll the balls in extra cacao powder.
