Chocolate Coconut Bites

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted dates
  • 200 g roasted salted sunflower seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot water
  • 20 g cacao powder
  • coconut flakes for rolling

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates for 10 minutes in hot water

  2. Drain them and puree them in a food processor

  3. Then add the sunflower seeds, the cacao powder and the hot watter, and blend until the seeds are well chopped

  4. Then roll into balls

  5. I used a kitchen scale to measure them and divided them into 20 g balls

  6. Then i rolled them in coconut flakes and put them in the fridge on a baking paper laid plate

  7. After 1 hour they're ready and the most delicious thing you've tried ?
