Avocado Basil Pesto Toasted Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Basil pesto
- Vegan cream cheese
- Mashed avocado
- Tomato slices
- Arugula
- Butter or oil
Preparation
Toast two slices of sourdough to your liking, then spread or layer on the following ingredients.
Sandwich the pieces together.
Brush both sides with butter or oil of choice.
Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.
Slice and enjoy.
