Cheesy Baked Sprouts with Cheese Topping
Ingredients
- 200g sprouts
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 80g cheddar cheese
- 80g mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Peel and cut 200g sprouts in half.
Heat a tablespoon of oil or butter and fry them cut side down for about 5 minutes.
Stir them around for another couple of minutes.
Tip into an ovenproof dish and cover with grated cheese.
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
Note: Could be taken out after 15 minutes for shorter cooking time, but still tastes great.
