Cheesy Baked Sprouts with Cheese Topping

Ingredients

  • 200g sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 80g cheddar cheese
  • 80g mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut 200g sprouts in half.

  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil or butter and fry them cut side down for about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir them around for another couple of minutes.

  4. Tip into an ovenproof dish and cover with grated cheese.

  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.

  6. Note: Could be taken out after 15 minutes for shorter cooking time, but still tastes great.
