Chocolate Protein Oatmeal with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 tbs cacao powder
Toppings
- sliced bananas
- stewed raspberries
- frozen blueberries
- coconut chips
- peanut butter
Preparation
In a pot, combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens and oats are soft
Prepare the stewed raspberries by simmering them in a small pan with a bit of water or sweetener until they break down and become saucy
Once the oatmeal is cooked, top it with sliced bananas, stewed raspberries, frozen blueberries, coconut chips, and peanut butter
