Chocolate Protein Bars with Coconut Drizzle

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • Almonds
  • Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Cacao powder
  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or form into bars.

  3. Melt additional chocolate and drizzle over the bars.

  4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
