Easy 15-Minute Creamy Pasta for Family
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- pasta
- frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone
- black pepper
- parsley
Preparation
Sauté an onion and 2 garlic cloves in some olive oil.
Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes and 1 tablespoon tomato puree, then simmer.
Cook the pasta and add frozen vegetables halfway through cooking.
Add 2 tablespoons mascarpone to the sauce to make it creamy.
Mix the sauce with the pasta, and add plenty of black pepper and parsley.
