Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • pasta
  • frozen vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • black pepper
  • parsley

Preparation

  1. Sauté an onion and 2 garlic cloves in some olive oil.

  2. Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes and 1 tablespoon tomato puree, then simmer.

  3. Cook the pasta and add frozen vegetables halfway through cooking.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons mascarpone to the sauce to make it creamy.
