Easy Homemade Pesto Peas for Babies

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen peas, thawed
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Preparation

  1. Thaw the frozen peas by placing them in a bowl with a splash of water and microwaving for 1.5 minutes.

  2. Blend all ingredients together using a blender or hand blender until the mixture reaches a chunky soup texture.

  3. Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the fridge or freeze in ice cubes for later use.
