Easy Homemade Pesto Peas for Babies
Ingredients
- 150g frozen peas, thawed
- Handful of basil leaves
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Preparation
Thaw the frozen peas by placing them in a bowl with a splash of water and microwaving for 1.5 minutes.
Blend all ingredients together using a blender or hand blender until the mixture reaches a chunky soup texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the fridge or freeze in ice cubes for later use.
