Easy Peach Basil Balsamic Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 4 large naan breads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat the balsamic vinegar and coconut sugar together over low heat on the stove until the balsamic thickens, then remove from heat.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Brush the flatbreads with olive oil.

  4. Add the sliced peaches and mozzarella to the flatbreads.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and top with chopped basil and the balsamic drizzle.

Notes

  1. This recipe is ready in 15 minutes and is easy to prepare.
