Easy Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey
- 1/4 cup peppers
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
- tomatoes
- onions
- mushrooms
- sweet potato fries
- microgreens
Preparation
Sauté peppers and spinach before mixing.
Combine 1 pound turkey with sautéed peppers, sautéed spinach, and 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning.
Form mixture into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Bake sweet potato fries at 400°F for 40 minutes.
Sauté mushrooms and onions as desired.
Assemble burger with 1/2 avocado, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and microgreens.
Store extra burgers in the freezer for later use.
