Easy Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey
  • 1/4 cup peppers
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • mushrooms
  • sweet potato fries
  • microgreens

Preparation

  1. Sauté peppers and spinach before mixing.

  2. Combine 1 pound turkey with sautéed peppers, sautéed spinach, and 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning.

  3. Form mixture into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.

  4. Bake sweet potato fries at 400°F for 40 minutes.

  5. Sauté mushrooms and onions as desired.

  6. Assemble burger with 1/2 avocado, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and microgreens.

  7. Store extra burgers in the freezer for later use.
