Easy Baked Turkey Burger with Vegetables and Feta
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- about 1/2 cup peppers and onions
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
- sweet potato chips
- zucchini chips
- tomato
- mushrooms
Preparation
Sauté the peppers and onions.
Mix the ground turkey with the sautéed peppers and onions, feta cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Bake the turkey mixture at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Bake sweet potato chips at 400°F for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Prepare and add sautéed mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, zucchini chips, and tomato as sides.
