Easy Baked Turkey Burger with Vegetables and Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • about 1/2 cup peppers and onions
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potato chips
  • zucchini chips
  • tomato
  • mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Sauté the peppers and onions.

  2. Mix the ground turkey with the sautéed peppers and onions, feta cheese, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Bake the turkey mixture at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  4. Bake sweet potato chips at 400°F for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.

  5. Prepare and add sautéed mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, zucchini chips, and tomato as sides.
