Turkey Burger and Veggie Pasta Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 turkey burgers from Rachael's Good Eats
  • Banza pasta
  • mushrooms
  • peppers
  • onions
  • feta cheese
  • Aldi USA organic pasta sauce

Preparation

  1. Sauté mushrooms, peppers, and onions in a pan until tender.

  2. Chop the turkey burgers into small pieces.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the leftover pasta, chopped turkey burgers, sautéed vegetables, feta cheese, and pasta sauce. Mix well.
