Salmon Bowl with Sautéed Veggies and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Black beans
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salsa

Preparation

  1. Sauté mushrooms, peppers, and onions until tender.

  2. Cook salmon over medium heat with chili lime seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.

  3. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and top with salsa.
