Salmon Bowl with Sautéed Veggies and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
- Mushrooms
- Peppers
- Onions
- Black beans
- 1/2 avocado
- Salsa
Preparation
Sauté mushrooms, peppers, and onions until tender.
Cook salmon over medium heat with chili lime seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and top with salsa.
