Salmon Zoodle Bowl with Avocado and Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • zoodles
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • feta

Preparation

  1. Season salmon with Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning and cook in avocado oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. Bake sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it inside for another 45 minutes to caramelize.
