Spicy Salmon Lunch Bowl with Peppers and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 piece salmon
- Primal Palate new bae seasoning
- avocado oil
- zucchini
- Primal Palate adobe seasoning
- onions
- peppers
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet.
Season salmon with Primal Palate new bae seasoning and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Sauté zucchini in avocado oil with Primal Palate adobe seasoning on low heat until tender.
Sauté onions and peppers in avocado oil on low heat until done, eyeballing the time.
Slice 1/2 avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Assemble all components in a bowl to serve.
