Crispy Grilled Salmon with Balsamic Roasted Brussels

Ingredients

  • avocado oil
  • salmon fillet
  • Primal Palate new bae seasoning
  • balsamic vinegar
  • garlic powder
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and seasoned salmon, then cook for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. For Brussels sprouts, mix 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, then bake at 450°F for 25 minutes.

  3. Pair with cauliflower rice and sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes as desired.
