Salmon and Avocado Toast with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • avocado oil
  • barbecue rub
  • 1 giant piece of sourdough
  • avocado
  • micro greens
  • red pepper flakes
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes
  • feta
  • zucchini
  • adobe seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon in avocado oil for 3 minutes on each side in a cast iron pan with barbecue rub.

  2. Roast sourdough and top with avocado, micro greens, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Sauté mushrooms.

  4. Cook zucchini in the cast iron pan with avocado oil and adobe seasoning.

  5. Assemble all components together for serving.
