Quick Salmon and Vegetable Skillet Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Avocado oil
  • Cumin powder
  • Sietefoods nacho chips

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat after seasoning.

  2. Sauté peppers and zucchini in avocado oil and cumin powder for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

  3. Prepare avocado with red pepper flakes and add tomatoes.

  4. Serve with nacho chips.
