Spicy Shrimp Bowl for Lunch

Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Tomatoes
  • Jalapeños
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Coat shrimp with Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning.

  2. Season peppers and zucchini with the same chili lime seasoning.

  3. Bake the seasoned peppers and zucchini at 400°F for 25 minutes.

  4. After 10 minutes of baking the vegetables, add the seasoned shrimp and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. Add fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, and half an avocado to assemble the spicy shrimp bowl.
