Easy Vegan Dumpling Salad
Ingredients
Dumplings
- 1 bag (300g) dumplings
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- a thumbsize piece of ginger, minced
Salad vegetables
- a handful fresh cilantro
- 3 small cucumbers, chopped
- 2 scallion greens, chopped
Preparation
Prepare the dumplings according to the packet instructions.
Mix the sauce ingredients together to combine.
Toss the salad vegetables with the sauce and prepared dumplings, then serve.
