Easy Vegan Jam Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 2 tbsp soymilk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C

  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour and oat flour together

  3. In another bowl, combine soymilk, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and applesauce

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms

  5. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet

  6. Press your thumb into the center of each ball to create an indentation

  7. Fill each indentation with jam, such as Fiordifrutta

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
