Easy Vegan Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 2 tbsp soymilk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup applesauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C
In a bowl, mix almond flour and oat flour together
In another bowl, combine soymilk, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and applesauce
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms
Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet
Press your thumb into the center of each ball to create an indentation
Fill each indentation with jam, such as Fiordifrutta
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
