Healthy Breakfast Bites with Baobab and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- Vanilla
- 1 Tbs baobab powder
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbs hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs sunflower seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 of 85% chocolate
Preparation
Soak the 1/2 cup porridge oats in 1/2 cup warm almond milk for 5 minutes.
Whisk the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla together until well combined.
Add the salt and baobab powder and whisk again.
Add all of the seeds (pumpkin, hemp, and sunflower) and combine together with a spoon.
Add the soaked oats and combine again.
Press the mixture into a glass tray or similar container and place in the freezer for a few hours or best overnight.
Remove from the freezer and cut into desired shapes.
Melt the chocolate and coat the shapes in it.
Place the coated shapes on parchment paper to dry.
