Healthy No-Bake Nuts and Chocolate Bar
Ingredients
- 50 grams cashews
- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams pistachios
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 80-90 grams honey
- a pinch of salt
- 80 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil or olive oil
Preparation
Roast 50 grams each of cashews, almonds, pistachios, and sunflower seeds for 5 minutes.
Let them cool down and then coarsely grind them.
Add 80-90 grams of honey and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
Line and grease a tray.
Place the mixture on the tray, flatten it, and refrigerate for some time.
Melt 80 grams of dark cooking chocolate.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of coconut oil or vegetable oil or olive oil and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the nut mixture.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Remove from refrigerator, cut into pieces, and store in the refrigerator.
