Vegan Creamy Banana Bars
Ingredients
Nut base
- 140 gr almonds or walnuts
- 4 dry dates
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 heaped tsp cinnamon
Banana cream
- 2 ripe bananas
- 150 gr natural peanut butter or another nut butter
- 90 gr cold coconut cream (the hard part)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the nut base ingredients together in a food processor.
Press the mixture into a small baking pan lined with baking paper and set aside in the fridge.
Blend the banana cream ingredients together.
Pour the cream over the base and put in the freezer for about 3 hours to set.
Cut into bars and decorate if desired.
Tips
Store in the fridge or freezer.
