Healthy Waffles Without Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (2% fat)

Add-ins

  • cinnamon
  • liquid stevia drops

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients and add-ins together in a blender.

  2. Preheat a skillet or waffle iron and spray with coconut oil.

  3. Pour the batter onto the preheated skillet for pancakes or into the waffle iron for waffles.

  4. Cook until the pancakes are golden brown or the waffles are crisp.
