Homemade Gluten Free Flax Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax egg plus 6 tablespoons water to make 2 flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast to taste
Preparation
Oil a cooking sheet with coconut oil.
Spread the dough into thin square shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
Ensure the bread is durable and does not fall apart.
Top with mashed avocado, pink sea salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, and cayenne.
