Homemade Gluten Free Flax Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax egg plus 6 tablespoons water to make 2 flax eggs
  • 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Nutritional yeast to taste

Preparation

  1. Oil a cooking sheet with coconut oil.

  2. Spread the dough into thin square shapes.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned.

  4. Ensure the bread is durable and does not fall apart.

  5. Top with mashed avocado, pink sea salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, and cayenne.
