Homemade Paleo Almond Flour Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix together 1 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 3 tbsp water in a mixer or bowl

  3. Blend the mixture together

  4. Roll out the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper until thin

  5. Remove the top sheet and sprinkle with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning

  6. Cut into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter

  7. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes

  8. Serve with Cedars Topped Organic Garlic Hommus
