Chewy Chia Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour (28g)
- 1/4 cup lupin flour (or use almond flour) (30g)
- 7 drops @oooflavors hazelnut chocolate flavor
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Nekstella (230-240g)
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F
Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry and mix well.
Measure 2 tablespoons into each of the 12 wells in the pan.
Sprinkle chia seeds over each brownie until completely used.
Bake at 300°F for 16-18 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
