Chewy Chia Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (28g)
  • 1/4 cup lupin flour (or use almond flour) (30g)
  • 7 drops @oooflavors hazelnut chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Nekstella (230-240g)
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F

  2. Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry and mix well.

  3. Measure 2 tablespoons into each of the 12 wells in the pan.

  4. Sprinkle chia seeds over each brownie until completely used.

  5. Bake at 300°F for 16-18 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
