Leftover Chicken and Vegetable Lunch

Ingredients

  • Baked chicken with Primal Palate new bae seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Sweet potatoes for fries
  • Watermelon
  • Zucchini with avocado oil and Primal Palate adobo seasoning

Preparation

  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with Primal Palate new bae seasoning.

  2. Roast sweet potato fries at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.

  3. Cook zucchini in avocado oil with Primal Palate adobo seasoning.

  4. Assemble the plate with chicken, avocado, sweet potato fries, watermelon, and zucchini.
