Marinated Tempeh with Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 2 blocks of tempeh
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon mushroom blend
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- cauliflower
- vegan butter
- garlic
- salt
- black sesame seeds
Preparation
Marinate the tempeh with the marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated tempeh on a hot skillet for a couple of minutes.
Process cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.
Cook the cauliflower rice with a bit of vegan butter, garlic, and salt.
Garnish the dish with black sesame seeds.
